We ship from Israel, our base point, to most of the countries internationally.

MOST OF THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR STUDIO WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS

ISRAEL SHIPPING INFO:

For each purchase, you can choose the shipping option that is right for you:

 

Door-To-Door shipping:

Deliveries to the house are made through a courier company

You will receive the order within 7 business days from processing time.

Delivery cost:

For purchases up to 260 NIS - shipping cost 30 NIS 

For purchases over 260 NIS - free shipping

  

Israel post registered mail:

Deliveries to the post office closest to your home

You will receive the order within 10 business days from processing time.

Delivery cost: 

For purchases up to 260 NIS - shipping cost 16 NIS 

For purchases over 260 NIS - free shipping

 

The tracking number will be emailed to you.

WORLDWILD SHIPPING INFO

Arrival Time (From the time order took place) usually takes 14 - 21 business days for all orders in the US and EUROPE, and additional 7 days to other International destinations.

Packages are sent via Registered First Class Mail.

Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Delivery cost: 

For purchases up to 90 USD - shipping cost 15 USD 

For purchases over 90 USD - free shipping

We are not responsible for shipping delays by carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it or exchange it for a full refund if returned within 45 days of shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Simply contact us. Tell us your name, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.

  • We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
